Thérèse Françoise Boyer, sister of Haitian president Jean-Pierre Boyer. I have not found much information about her, but according to a Haitian genealogy website, she died in exile in Jamaica, where she presumably went with her brother and his entourage after he 1843 coup that unseated the dictator. Did Ms. Thérèse Françoise Boyer have any children and/or husbands.
ReplyDeleteThe internet genealogy sites and forums suggest she did, but I have not confirmed any of it with other sources. I recall learning a bit more about her brother's descendants. Didnt he father children with his mistress (who had previously been attached to Petion)?
